We approached Renato with a funding requirement for a 140 Lot Development project in the middle of Pandemic. $18 Million was what we needed to settlement the land and fund the first stage of Civil Works. We had only about 20% equity and were looking to borrow 80% in a time when it seemed impossible to get even 60% lending on development projects. Somehow, Renato was able to arrange the funding for the full 18M that was required. Can't thank him enough and would highly recommend him for all kinds of development funding requirements.
