Incredibly high turnover of staff mainly due to a toxic culture at senior management level and beyond. Unreasonable pressures are imposed on staff and even managers working at the retirement complexes. Also, the HR edict is that once administrative personnel reach the end of their probationary period they are shown the door with specious excuses such “not being up to standard”, “not fulfilling expectations” etc with no previous discussion about these confected shortcomings. This company’s attitude is well known across the corporate sector.
