This derelict warehouse was totally gutted to create 5 new restaurants with new facilities and rear mezzanine floors. We also also completed the fit out for 3 of the 5 restaurants. Existing heritage street frontage was meticulously maintained while a large extension was constructed to the rear with pool.

Tradies beware of dealing with Epic Building Group they do not pay for the work they have you do for them. We completed the floors at a site for them 4 weeks ago, Peter gave me his word that I would be paid for work on the 13th of March, this did not happen, we I tried contacting him he would hang up on me, when I contacted the office no response and the I received a email tell me payment would be made at the end of the month, did not happen, he won't respond and refuses to communicate
