This is an Inspection of the building only and does not inspect for timber pests. The report will detail any visual defects, minor and major and covers all areas of the dwelling including roof void and subfloor where accessible. I was caught out for a building inspection when lockdown happened and urgently needed an inspection on a property. Daniel was excellent in slotting in an inspection despite the chaos with 6 hours notice of a lockdown. He assured me that he “wouldn’t leave me hanging”. He certainly did not and is a man of integrity managing to get commence an inspection with 2 hours notice. The inspector Andrew did a thorough job with great attention to detail and presented a well written report delivered by 6 pm on the same day. Such a great turn around. With an active offer in play with only a 48 hour cooling off period, Daniel fitted in with the agent and I to undertake the inspection, plus recommended a pest controller to provide expert advice on suspected… active termites he had identified.
