I contacted Windsor Blinds and Awnings at Cardiff to arrange a quote. On the day of my quote I waited, I waited and I waited. At 4pm I rang to see if they were still coming and the lady on reception said she'll ring and find out and get back to me. So I waited, I waited and I waited and @ 4:45pm I rang her back but of course no answer. Unless you want to waist your day like I did DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Obviously covid hasn't affected them and they are doing such great business that they do not need my money. Nothing is worst than trades not showing up, it is rude and extremely unprofessional
