I ordered a simple roller blind. A 'designer' measured the blind space and advised on the material. Paid my deposit and waited. No calls on updates. Delays. No information. I called and emailed. Took a long time to respond. Then the wrong size was delivered. They ordered a new one, which I was told would be delivered in 2-3 weeks. It didn't arrive. Promised I'd be updated. I wasn't. Many emails and calls later, a new blind was going to be ready. But that too had issues. Incredibly poor customer service. Don't use this business. The customer service is some of the worst I've experienced. Lots of

Recently had to have curtains re installed after some renovations. After several unsuccessful attempts with other providers was very lucky to be put in contact with Lara at TailoredHQ.

As a student of interior design, studying at my local Tafe, I had the opportunity to visit Tailored HQ.Not only was I incredibly impressed with their showroom, their amazing fabric library is like nothing I have seen anywhere in Newcastle. The knowledge of the lovely staff was fantastic and the level of service I have received after my initial visit is second to none. I shall be using Tailored HQ going forward in my career.
