I love our shutters and the neighbours have commented. Also they placed vertical blinds at a Rental property for us. We were told 4 weeks but we ordered through them and got them done in 3 weeks.

Could not be happier with our PVC Shutters from Somerset. The shutters arrived within the time frame advised. We are please with the quality and how they have been installed. Somerset Blinds took a 50% deposit from us in November 2020 and we still haven't received our blinds and curtains. Each time I have phoned the show room, I have been told by Emma that she will ring me back on that day with news on what is happening. The call is never returned. Maybe Covid has delayed things, maybe they are quality controlling as Emma keeps saying, but she has not once called me to communicate the delay. As far as I can tell I will need to get my deposit back. Hopefully they won't make that difficult too. Buyer beware.

We have used Somerset in the past and had an amazing experience. As a result; I highly recommend them to my clients at work and have sent a lot of business their way. When we renovated our second house, it was a no brainer, we would use them again.
What a mistake!
Our experience has been horrible.
They left one curtain off our quote, despite two check measures. Unfortunately we missed it in the wording of their quote given the level of renovations we were undertaking.
We of course went into the pandemic during all of this, however there was absolutely no communication from Somerset as to delays

Very, very happy with finished product and everyone that we dealt with was happy, professional and efficient. The only reason that it is not a 5 star review is because I felt I wasn't really kept informed of how my order was progressing and when the blinds/curtains would be ready. I felt like I had to make all the phone calls regarding this. The product I recieved though was 5 star - would definately use Somerset again.

The plantation shutters are beautiful! From the first point of contact with Robyn for an estimate and ending with Aaron and Ashley who installed all the different sized windows perfectly, our experience was the highest level of professionalism and efficiency. The installers cleaned up after themselves so well, there wasn't any evidence they had been there, except for the drastic difference the plantation shutters made to our home. Not long afterward, I closed the blinds when I put the air con on to test the difference with shutters vs curtains; it wasn't long before I felt the amazing natural insulation
