The worst. My furniture was supposed to arrive in July. Don't know if it will ever show. The whole shipment has been held up by 1 backlogged piece. To ship everything else requires $150 service fee and an additional $895 shipping. My order was $20k+. Doesn't matter; they don't care. Customer service doesn't respond. Takes 2 weeks to get an email response. They just don't care. Nice furniture design--big deal. This is the worst furnishing experience I've ever had.
