Staff are great, they helped me with hiring / creating an Outdoor Banquet Table (2 tables together & chairs for our 22 guests) for my Husbands Suprise 40th Birthday Party!
I told them what my vision of the party was and they worked with me to help make it happen.
Delivery people were great as well, they told me the 2 hour window of time they would be there, and even called me 30 mins prior to arriving. As it was going on old sandstone pavers which weren't exactly level - they even spent a few minutes helping to make sure the tables didn't wobble !

Purchased a mini fountain in January and had it all connected up. A few weeks later noticed scummy water and fountain would not remain vertical and horizontal which is needed for even water flow . Contacted Yardware who with reluctance replaced after finding interior supporting rim of bottom bowl had disintergrated. New fountain after 2 weeks need a litre of water every 12/ 24 hours! I lift off top section to discover membrane in bottom bowl has separated from hard interior and as such bowl is now porous plus scummy water. Contact Yardware.. takes 5 days to get a return phone call from owner!she

I bought an outdoor dining setting (table plus 8 chairs + cushions) from Yardware a few months ago. Looked nice on delivery, however I have had numerous problems including the table top staining from leaves falling on it (despite also paying for a special sealant) and the coating/paint on the chairs peeling/chipping off very easily, despite very little use over only a few months. Their solution to the table issue was to either place a cover on the table or put a piece of glass on the table. I opted for the glass, as I didn't buy a table setting sold to me as outdoor furniture to then be covered
