Don't order anything from these guys if it's time critical. We ordered 2 wall units on 11 May 2021 with delivery confirmed for early July. July was pushed back to October, October was pushed back to December, December was pushed back to January and today January has been pushed back to February. Same thing happened previously with a 9 month wait for a replacement couch cover that was supposed to take 6 weeks so I should have known better. Never again.

The absolute worst.
These jokers took thousands of dollars from us back in October for a lounge with a scheduled delivery for end of November. At 9:30pm the night before the delivery we were bombarded with text messages and emails saying our lounge won't be delivered until February.
Customer service don't care at all they already have our money - they are sorry for the 'inconvenience' of the 'inventory error' that only seemed to happen literally the night before delivery. Now they need more time to sort the problem out as the initial two months they've had telling

Lounge Lovers treat their customers with disdain. We bought and fully paid for an item 6 months ago. First there were COVID-related shipping delays. Fair enough. Then they finally delivered something, but it was the wrong item. They apologised, made us wait another month, then delivered the wrong item again. They are blaming their supplier rather than accepting responsibility. I've spent ages on the phone with them, and nothing improves. They are a company who are very happy to take your money and then fail to give you what you paid for.

I ordered a couch in January (8 months ago). Every 2 months I'm contacted saying it will be another 2 months before it gets shipped. At the moment eta is October but I'm not optimistic.
I've also had friends order things from here that were badly damaged. They eventually replaced it but took hours of back and forth and weeks of chasing to get it done.
Don't waste your time and month with this store.

This place has horrible customer service. Not helpful at all. On top of an overall unpleasant experience, they strongly suggested we get lounge protection for our new lounge which isn't cheap. When our lounge arrived the protection did not come with it. I had to follow up rather than them explaining it on the spot. They said they were out of stock and I would get it within a week. They offered no help or support if our lounge was to get damage in that time. Its been three weeks since then, still no lounge protection, I've called three times to customer service, no response despite leaving
