We recently had a set of exterior Ziptrak blinds installed - and it was a nightmare.
It took months to get them - the company suppling them would not return calls and when we finally spoke with them they claimed Ziptrak were not making all the components and had significant problems with their manufacturing.
After speaking with Ziptrak they can’t… assist because they don’t control (or verify it appears) their installers.
I wouldn’t buy Ziptrak again and couldn’t recommend them based on our experience. The product may be OK but Ziptrak sell to anyone and have no scrutiny

I had Ziptrak Blinds installed last week and am already having problems. The installation is for a motorised system. I am not confident in this system moving forward over time for the following reasons
1) They stick, mainly going down. The blinds do not slide easily through the guide rails and more often than not require some manual attention. This is unacceptable but have been told by the installers that this is normal. (It wasn't mentioned to me during the sales pitch) More weight is needed on the bottom bar. It has a cavity on the back and some sort of lead weight could easily be attached if
