Really disappointing customer experience. Purchased 3 motorised outdoor ziptrack blinds as well as a security/screen door (approximately 6 years ago). Experienced ongoing issues with the blinds losing their limits and they have been out on numerous occasions to modify the blind hardware. In saying this, the blinds have been the more stable of the products they supplied me. The security/screen door has been an absolute joke. From the first day the screen door was installed the 3 way locking mechanism (Whitco brand) has been faulty and working intermittently. On numerous occasions when they have

We were getting ZipScreens for our balcony and a security door. At our initial measure and quote we were told it would take 5-8 weeks, 10 at the most due to COVID delays… that’s fine. At the 10 week mark I had not heard anything so I contacted them to get an update… every person I spoke to on the phone had no information to offer, they ‘couldn’t find’ my order but would ‘ring me back’ which they never did. I continued to call weekly getting more and more frustrated and being met with very rude staff who knew nothing and were not able to help.

We are very pleased with our blinds and curtains from BBB. Kym attended and spent a considerable amount of time going through options of blinds and curtains with us. No stress or pressure and he knew his stuff. I then added a few other windows on (for blinds) and he came back with further recommendations and to measure and re-quote. We had 12… windows quoted with blinds and then curtains on 7 of those. Kym was spot on with his recommendations (style etc). Everything went in on time and as discussed. BBB installed blockout blinds for the Eckermann Group head office last week. Their quoted price was extremely competitive. The installer was very polite and made a real effort to work around our staff and their commitments. The blinds look great and are super effective in keeping out the sun in the afternoon. Absolutely appalled at the blatant disregard for public safety by a Burns for Blinds driver today from Anzac Highway through to Raglan Avenue and beyond. Not only was he constantly on his hand held mobile phone whilst driving, but at one stage was even drinking out of a drink bottle, whilst driving and then lit up a cigarette so he could smoke and talk on the phone at the same time. Absolutely appalling
