Absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced. I asked them to cut the blind to size to fit my window abs the blind was cut too short. They refused to take any responsibility. And to make matters worse the women who calls herself a ‘manager’ was extremely abusive and aggressive. She refused to engage in any constructive conversation at all, explain what might have gone wrong or talk about solutions. She was aggressive, condescending and slammed the door in my face. This all occurred in front of my 8 month old daughter. She also refused to allow me to talk to an owner. I was then

I had your salesman Shane out to my home recently for a measure and quote for Vertical Drapes. His non pushy sales approach is what all Blind company's should adopt. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the products. My blinds were installed about 2 weeks later and they look great. I highly recommend this company.

1. I was home on both occasions at the times specified, I even rang and text Shane after he failed to show up but he didn’t respond.
2. I never rang and advised that I changed my mind, after Shane still failed to answer my calls or texts I sent a text message saying I was no longer interested to which I received no reply.
3. Ziptrak is of better quality and more expensive than zipscreen.
4. Great customer service by replying to reviews with lies to try and save face.

I have read some of the excellent product and service reviews for your company, but unfortunately we did not have the opportunity to see this for ourselves.
Your rep Shane? I think, came along to measure up, then left saying he would forward a quote, which did not arrive.
I do not understand this kind of business practice, but you certainly do not deserve our order.

While the office staff & repairer were good, the person who gave the quote had no idea what he was to do & did not listen to my problem. As a result the problem is not fixed and I paid double what I should have due to the repairer having to visit twice. Office were not flexible on costings through his ineptness. Not impressed and would not recommend
