I live in Sydney but manage to find the rug I was looking for at O'Brien Timber Floor in Victoria. I contacted the store and spoke to Charlie and everything from there on was easy. Being Christmas everything was closed but as soon as everything was back on board my rug was sent. Easy as, can highly recommend the service I received 😊

Highly recommend O'Brien Timber Floors! Charlie was very helpful and very quick to respond to any queries. We did both Flooring and Carpeting for our home with O'Brien company. We shopped around for about 4 months before we chose O'Brien Timber Floors to do out 100 square metre ground floor, using direct stuck engineered timber. We decided that Charlie was the best person to work with, as its very often not just about the products but the service you receive when faced with many different suppliers to chose from. The felt that we were going to get the smoothest installation process while working with our House Volume Builder and we were not let down. The communication was prompt and mile stones were easily accomplished.

We shopped around for over a month trying to source the right type of flooring that would match what we had envisioned in our heads while being in the middle of stage 4 lockdown with a tight timeline meant that this was one tough ask.
We chose to proceed with O'Brien Timber Floors due to having not only the right type of product at a very competitive rate, but also because of the level of service we were provided with. We chose O'Brien Timber Floors as they have good variety of flooring including carpet. So as one stop shop for me. Selection of laminate floors were easy as O'Brien Timber Floors has very good selection of laminate floors.
Work started professionally for carpet installation.
But initial installation of laminate flooring went horrible. They had used saw in bedroom to cut laminate board and produced ton of wood dust on newly painted walls. Hats off to them. There was enough covered space outside our unit. But when they saw uneven subfloors they gave up. I had to use leaf blower to remove wood dust
