I had a great experience with Hany and his team. We needed very old and damaged floorboards to be sanded and polished and a room to have old chip board removed and recycled timber floorboards added. Communication was great and he is really quick at responding and providing quotes. They are also very reasonably priced compared to others I contacted. The team found a few unexpected issues once they lifted the old flooring and took the time to fix it which was really appreciated, especially as it meant they ended up being 2 days behind schedule. They were honest about what could and could not be done

These guys did a wonderful job and were a pleasure to work with. Communication during quoting and planning was quick and clear. They arrived exactly when they said they would, cleaned up after themselves and most importantly, they did an excellent job

Hany was good with communication and professionalism. We appreciated all the advice he gave when he did the inspection prior (we are very inexperienced with floors).
His team, a special mention to Alan, were so helpful doing the job. He encountered some unexpected problems with the flooring under our carpet but was able to get the job done really well, giving lots of helpful advice along the way which we really appreciated.

Very happy with the result from our floors. We have hardwood floors that were buried under carpet and linoleum for 50 or so years, that were in pretty average condition. However, Hany and his team were able to turn it around and make it look like new. Some patches of water damage still remain, but they did a great job sanding back as much as was possible. Very happy!
