They have always been well priced, on time and professional. We recently used them to renovate our system to the latest MyAir 5 technology with new units indoor and outdoor. Dennis and his team were fantastic and we can't rate their service highly enough. This is our second home that has had Homedeal Install and Maintenance.
Their customer service is exceptional - unlike so many these days. Homedeal Air conditioning was EXTREMELY efficient. Over the past 3 years and including today, 12 Nov 2019, they were prompt and efficient in sorting out my Air conditioning-problems on the same day. Adam, Frank and his staff were absolutely wonderful to deal with right from the beginning. Frank came out to my house the very same day I called to give me a quote on a new air-conditioner and also checked my existing unit to see if it needed maintenance or replacement. Within two weeks the installation of the new split system unit was done, the price was great, all the staff who attended my house were punctual, polite and efficient, and my new air-conditioner works perfectly. The team are friendly and helpful and go out of there way to ensure you are happy with the end result. We really appreciated the attention to detail - ensuring the air conditioner was not off-centered in the rooms, hiding the condenser in the best possible spot and ensuring all cables and pipes were neatly housed on the exterior. Excellent finishes, we are so pleased with the end result.

I have had issues with air conditioning installed by Homedeal in the 17 months since I have had this system. With my most recent breakdown I communicated my frustration with Adam and my home buiilder and my annoyance at having to wait for service to repair the system after having multiple breakdowns.
On this occasion Adam did understand my frustration and he acted very promptly to send someone out, order replacement parts from interstate and then install the new parts in less than 1 week. This was exceptional service and I have appreciated it.

Our system got installed 3 years ago by Homedeal when we built our home. The install was fantastic and exactly what we were after.
