I just had Jack & Jayden, from Progressive Air Qld, complete the service on my Daikin Ducted Air Conditioning unit and I must say, thank you very much.
They were very professional, turned up on time, gave great hints and tips for operating and maintaining our system. The service as prompt and we are very happy with the service.

Had progressive air come out after our air conditioner was not cooling in summer - over the phone, they said it will most likely be the capacitor or it will need to be internally cleaned. Gave them the model number of the air conditioner prior to the job - call out $170, did not take a capacitor to fit to the air conditioner (even though they said it would most likely be that, prior to attending), so they tried to quote me an enormous amount to buy the capacitor + another $170 call out fee to fit it. Would have been a total well over $450. Will not return and I do not recommend.

We had 2 of our air conditioners cleaned professionally by Progressive. The technicians were very professional & explained exactly what they were doing at each stage. One of the aircon had been losing performance dramatically over summer & there was very clear improvement in performance after the cleaning. It is good to know that we are now breathing in cleaner air & that the units are operating more efficiently.

Progressive Air failed to properly tighten the gas connection after servicing our air con unit last year. This has resulted in non-functional reverse cycle units in our home (just in time for winter) and an $800 quote to regas the unit. They conceeded that their tech was at fault, but said they are not obliged to fix the problem. Appalling service, would urge everyone to stay away from this company.
