Outstanding customer service and they were extremly helpful in moving appointments around to fit us in on short notice.

Very helpful and very grateful. Had a ducted system that mice had eaten away at the PCB Board. As the air condition was old Daikin are not making the part anymore. Thomas search for a board in stock and found. So much cheaper than a brand new system. Thanking you Thomas.

Have attempted to order 2 different air cons of them, numerous phone calls ,told too busy to send invoice .still waiting 3 plus weeks after initial invoice which when supplied was going to be supplied incorrect components even thou they had a list of all parts required in the previous email , went elsewhere ordered gear immediately over the phone ,paid for and arrived 3 days later

I recently contacted them to provide a quote for ducted air conditioning throughout my home. They were available to attend my house in 8 days to do so. Jacob came to my home, he was 1 hour late, spent 2 mins at my house, said he would send through quote the next day. I still haven't received the quote almost 2 weeks later with 2 unanswered messages. Another company is installing this week.

Took a day off work and rearranged our entire schedule only to have no one turn up. No phone call or any communication. After waiting for hours, I called them only to be told that no one was coming, tried to rearrange another time but they didn’t really seem genuinely interested in helping us.
Edit in response: My wife made the booking, I'd rather not post personal details on a public site. We found another local company who turned up on time and did an amazing job. As mentioned we did contact your office, hours after you didn't turn up, I don't normally leave such harsh reviews but we reschedule

Lawson recently replaced an AC in my living room. Once it had been quoted, the install was set up much sooner than I anticipated. The installers were really fast, and literally didn't leave a drop of mess (unlike other trades I've had over). It couldn't have gone any smoother.

We had an old ducted system that needed replacing. We had 5 different companies come to quote, and none thought it could be done, or didn’t want the job because of very poor ceiling access and no access through the roof because of solar panels. Lawson Air came, did a thorough inspection and said it was a tight fit but could be done. The results are outstanding. Jacob, Joey and Joel were very professional, knowledgeable, hard working young men who were a pleasure to have in our home. The job took two full days in very trying conditions and they should be commended on a job very well done. Highly

We had been told by another company that our air conditioner was not worth fixing and needed replacing. So I called Lawsons for a second quote on a new replacement.
The technician had a look at the unit first and found the problem very quickly. He fixed the air conditioner on the spot and it has been working ever since.
I cannot recommend them enough for honesty and helpfulness.
