I bough a pool solar kit from a competitor in northern suburbs of Perth but there were no instructions, some components were missing and it was sized incorrectly for the shape of my roof. After numerous calls and getting the runaround I gave up. I eventually found the instructions on-line from the manufacturer BossSolar. I contacted Mal at Pool Solar and Spa from BossSolar supplier website. Mal listened to my plight and agreed to help me out. I went to his workshop and he supplied me this missing parts requires to fit my particular roof shape. He also took the time out of his very busy morning

Good old fashioned service to a tee. Had some issues with my solar heating from another supplier. Malcolm was able to fix without fuss and went that extra mile to ensure I was happy. I only wish I had him install the solar heating originally.

I wish i could them give them a zero rating but no option , Mal , the owner is the most rude person in the entire world that i've come across till date so overall bad customer service & bad attitude . Will not recommend to anyone.

Mal is the go to man for pool solar heating. We got 3 quotes but Mal's expertise shone through. We are very happy with our solar pool heating system. We are never out of the pool!
Don't bother with the others ring Mal he is the best!

Excellent after-sales service. Mal has been so helpful with a system that he put in at our house 2 or 3 years ago. Nothing is a problem for him. He even phoned me back a few hours later to make sure everything was working OK and I was happy. All this at no charge! Great customer service. Something which is rare these days.
