Research has been carried out by the Local Councils throughout Western Australia to determine areas at risk of bushfires. The Building Code of Australia 2012 Part 3.7.4.0 Bushfire Areas, states that it is a requirement of AS3959 'Construction of Buildings in Bushfire -Prone Areas', that any residential development located within a designated bushfire prone area must meet the minimum construction standards pertaining to the applicable BAL rating.

I recently used the services of Termico for a treatment of Spiders, Ants, Crickets, Crockroaches. From the point of first contact through to the two gentlemen that came to our house.
The whole process was seamless and very professional indeed.
Even to the point where the two gentlemen that came to our house, put protective covers over their work boots while walking through our house. I would have no hesitation in recommending Termico as a very professional company to work with, thankyou very much Termico.

Wish I had read their review first. Please don't waste your time. If you are "unluky" like us and many reviwers here. Their staff will be sick/busy/take leave on the day of your appointment. And they will put you to the back of the queue.
In our case, we had a quote in Sept 2021, they said they can do it IMMEDIATELY after the quote hence we went ahead with them. Then it suddenly had to delay to Decemeber 2021, which we agreed (and asked for a day off work). Closer to the day, they said their staff can't do it, so let's conveniently

I will not recommend Termico as I have recently used them. There is conflict in information provided before and after service. They will not honour any information provided before. When you ask response in writing , they will say you will get an email which will never come. There are concerns about you privacy concerns with this company as well. I advised them that you sent me someone else report and they complete denied that there is nothing wrong in their system. Different information by staffing doing technical job than staff in office. They need to get their act together. Really disappointed

My house was booked 3 weeks ago and i asked if could be done anytime earlier but was told it would be the only day available if wish to do it which i agreed to do and got a confirmation by Ian via sms that done on the same day but got a message on the morning it was that it was not possible to be done on and day and time it was booked,
I had taken a day off from work for this to be carried out his sort of last minute reschedule did not suit me.
Got a call to reschedule but NOT HAPPY AT ALL to do it
This company is totally unreliable and would NOT RECOMMEND it to anyone. TERMICO does not care

I called Termico for two reasons: rats and mice in ceiling and a long-term problem with black ants (mostly outside). Appt was three weeks later (as they were booked out).
I was given a one-hour time frame for their arrival on the day. Jimmy arrived in the first half-hour. He was polite and respectful. He told me everything he was going to do before he did it, with a full inspection of the property first.
Jimmy said there was no evidence of droppings in garage or rear courtyard and would call the office to say that the bait boxes were not required in those areas, saving me $44.
Then he put rodent
