We recently discovered that our HWS was leaking. We contacted Solar Repairs and they were awesome to deal with right from the beginning. Marcus was extremely knowledgeable and explained many features of the HWS to us to determine if it was appropriate for us. He was professional and informative. Within five days we had two very pleasant, helpful men here to remove our old system and install the new system. They made sure every thing was in working order and took away any mess before they left. Would highly recommend Solar Repairs to family and friends.

I engaged solar repairs to service my old hot water system and change the anode. Once they serviced it, changed valves and the anode the hot water system started playing up, dumping hot water and finally stopped working. I argued the bill and offered to pay for the call out fee of $185 which they had declined due the the parts they had put onto the system of which I could only offer back the Anode. Not a great experience and frankly a waste of money.

After receiving responses from a number of solar hot water repair businesses to my request for a quotation, only Solar Repairs offered to inspect my system at no charge to determine if the system was indeed serviceable, as it had never been serviced over its 13 year lifetime. They said the system was still in good condition and they subsequently replaced the faulty pressure relief valve and serviced the unit. I am extremely satisfied with Solar Repairs’ workmanship and timeliness as well as their customer service and customer commitment.

We had a two panel solar hot water system on the roof. One panel sprung a leak and as advised by representatives of Solar Repairs we had the company replace the two with a single panel.
The removal, replacement and system check was done methodically, efficiently and timely by two well mannered and pleasant young men, Drew and Kieran.

My wife and I where told by other companies it was going to be very expensive,(we live remotely) and be nearly impossible to get installed within 3 months. Summer coming, and a new born with no aircon we where panicking.
