It's been a pleasure to have Nick and Sol Construction renovate our home. We added a second storey (Parents retreat, master bedroom, ensuite and WIR) during the building and renovation boom in the first half of 2021.

The SOL construction team are absolute perfectionists, we were a bit nervous going in to our first ever home renovation project but we absolutely couldn’t be happier with the end result.

We recently used Sol Construction on our major home renovation. We added significantly to our existing property and the brief was to have the new build fit seamlessly into the existing house. Nick expertly managed the build. His project management skills are outstanding, he is an effective communicator and we were always in the loop on decisions and the tradespeople he contracted are highly skilled and were a pleasure to have on site. We have used SOL Construction on several occasions now for both renovations and new builds, domestic and commercial and Nick from SOL Construction has always done an incredible job. When we decided to renovate our almost 100 year old home it was really important to us to improve the home so that it was functional, low maintenance and energy efficient but at the same time in keeping with the period features of the house.
