With the advantage of a corner block, on this knock down rebuild project we've placed the pool in the front north facing garden and the entry down the side on the east elevation. The house is being built around a courtyard which, thanks to the expansive use of glass, will be visible from almost every room, allowing the house and its occupants to seamlessly connect with the surrounding environment.

Our Comdain home is about 11 years old. The main problems have stemmed from insufficient up front advice. i.e: roof tiles that have continually leaked during heavier rain; excessive use of external wood doors and windows that requires continual maintenance, poor insulation and cooling solutions for a 2 storey house. The advice on these matters have probably improved in recent years, just that these have been our main issues.

Comdain is apparently an award winning builder. Dealing with this company was one of the worst experiences of my life. Absolutely awful!!! My house has Pura milk boxes cut in half surrounding the down lights stopping insulation from falling into the lights, l could seriously write a book about this builder. The response l recieved for this review stated they dont have records of building a home for me. Maybe l should add a picture of the contract Comdain!! And maybe some pics of shoddy workmanship. Comdain might conveniently forget their past clients but after Ten years l have not forgotten the

Comdain Homes did deliver a beautiful new home which is the envy of many of our friends.
The building process went without any major issues, and any issues were resolved quickly and easily.
The end result is a house that is quality built, whilst also giving us a look and feel we had wanted in our home.
Well done and thank you.

We love our Comdain home!! We've been in for ten months and all of our family are delighted with it. Having been an owner builder before we were well aware of the process of building your own home. Comdain have a well deserved reputation for their quality of build! Everyone who has been into our home has commented on the beautiful finish throughout. If I had the money I'd do it all over again!!

Comdain Homes have recently completed the build of our new luxury home and we are delighted with the result. The quality is excellent and family & friends have commented to this effect. This is the second time we have built with Comdain in the last 4 years and we would certainly recommend them highly to others. Having an inhouse architectural service is definitely a major plus. The home was completed on time and on budget with few variations as a result of the planning we put into the design with Comdain people upfront. Moreover we have build with 3 major competitors over the years and Comdain

I would describe my experience with Comdain Homes as very negative. They left lots of work unfinished. They rushed towards the deadline and I had to make several attempts to call them to fix things. Now when my building is approaching 7 years I called them to fix the problem they initially fixed 6 years ago but it was disappointing to hear their news it's wear and tear. They don't take responsibility for anything. The floor vibrates when big trucks pass and they say it's normal for wooden frame. The roof leaks at times and it's because of extremely bad weather. The down lights were not installed
