Recently moved into my new property built by the hacer group. The project was late, majority of what was noted as defects in a brief thirty minute inspection was not fixed or were we given any explanation as to why it was classed a defect. The care taken in completion of our apartment is very disappointing. Paint spots on the floor, grout missing in tiles, plaster marks on the concrete ceiling easily avoided if protection was used, pencil marks on doors from installation. We also have a door in a brand new apartment with at least four patches in it that show up as minimal paint was used to cover

I purchased a small 1 bedroom half million dollar apartment off the plan in Hawthorn Vic to be built by Hacer group, even before settlement on first inspection the defects where pointed out and noted.yet settlement still went though regardless that the items were not fixed and in good faith that they would be attended to shortly after the settlement. well settlement is what happened, the developed building settled on to the land and more cracks started to appear all over the whole development, in the first few weeks doors didn't close, floors started to creak,. I discovered my front door
