We are very happy with the final outcome of our second storey extension! A seamless process, from start to finish. Completion was earlier than expected all whilst staying within budget. We used Capital Building Contractors for our renovations and house extention. From the very start of the process they have been a pleasure to work with. I was nervous about doing an upstairs extension and living in the house whilst it was done. I didn't want to lose the character of our federation house , didn't want the extension to look like an extension and didn't want to over capitalise . Starting with design, through to construction and the final product, I am over the moon with the result of my second storey extension. I am so happy I went to the trouble of thoroughly researching this company as it has more than paid off. Capital building finished out renovation 8 weeks ago and we could not be happier with the result. Their staff were all great to deal with and the process was seamless. We finished on time and on budget (my husband was thrilled with this). The quality of workmanship is excellent. I could not recommend these guys highly enough. Capital Builders put an upstairs on our house recently and we are extremely happy with the result. The frame went up incredibly quickly, the builders arrived at 7.30 sharp every day, worked hard all day and were clean and tidy and a pleasure to work with. Travis the Project Manager let us know through each stage of the build what to expect and was always willing and available to work through any questions we had. He is very personable and easy to get along with. We lived downstairs throughout the extension and did not have an dramas doing so.
