We have used this crew for our commercial carpets at two sites and on the family boat. They are very conscious of the requirements of business owners. The carpets and the boat came up a treat! They did a site recon to confirm the gear they needed and did it all onsite at the marina berth. Definitely sticking with this crew. Thank you Rohan, Jess and the team!

Spoke to Rohan about having a number of items in the house cleaned. Booked in, got a confirmation reminder straight away then the day before another reminder for the job. Aaron carried out the clean. He was very polite and professional.
The work carried out was excellent a 6 year old rocking chair came up brand new and the near new couch we purchased is new again. The complete experience is exactly how small businesses should conduct themselves.
Thanks Rohan, Jess and Aaron. Highly recommend to anyone and will definitely be using them in the future.

My experience with Nice Threads started out of panic, moving out of a rental and needing carpets done with 2 business days notice. With 6 other companies not even responding, stumbling across the online booking system WAS AMAZING!! (You guys need to advertise this more!! Best feature ever!)
Next, availability. Loads of spots available at all different times. Excellent.
Price is next. Excellent. Cheap, pay only for what you need. Brilliant.
Quality. Can't complain!! Carpets look great, dried quick. Happy.
