Wow, wish I had read some of these reviews before!
As is the case with the other 1 star reviews, cleaners did not do a good enough job so we asked for them to reattend which they did. But they still didn't fix up the issues found by the property manager. Pam then insiststed that the job was done and they would not be coming back so now we are having to pay for another company to come out and finish their job. Was also called a liar. Unbelieveable!
It seems that all bad reviews here are answered with the same copy/paste response stating that they have no record of my name or details on file so

A zero if I could!! Such bad service, do not recommend at all!! My partner and I needed a bond clean for our house and Pam said that the cleaners will arrive at 9am but no one arrived. We kept waiting because she said the cleaners were running late and they should be there by 10 -10:30am. End up waiting till 2:30pm!! Wasted most of the day waiting and no one came! What a joke, we even paid a deposit! What a scam this business is! If they can't even rock up, imagine how they would clean when they do turn up!

I called early on a Saturday Morning and spoke with Pamela who went above and beyond to make sure doing business was very smooth and simple. Her cleaning staff did a very professional job at quite short notice. Their work is guaranteed and our Real Estate agent had no issues. Pamela is professional yet friendly and communicated regularly via text throughout the process. Our 3BRM highest QLDER was completely polished in two (very hot) business days for an extremely reasonable price. 100% recommend this business for bond cleaning. Very happy customer.

Firstly - I never give bad reviews. But Honestly go to another company as these guys are a fail. As they did not arrive on the agreed day for an end of lease clean for a 2 bedroom apartment. Then they failed to arrive on the second day so new owner could move in. On third attempt the cleaners left 2 min after they arrived. Clearly this company does not treat their cleaners or customers properly. Save yourself the hassle and use somebody else.

Thank you to Pam and her team for the doing such a fantastic job in our vacate clean. They cleaned our duplex from top and bottom, as well as steam cleaned the carpets and pest control. I called Pam late last week for a last minute move in clean and she was able to arrange for a team of cleaners to arrive a few days later to clean our new house. Faau and her team cleaned our house top to bottom and we’re responsive to any areas of particular concern. I booked Mission Impossible Cleaners Cairns some weeks prior and had a lovely younger female on the phone who seemed quite reasonable, so first impressions were great. When it got to the day and time, they didn't show up. The older lady on the phone, Pam, said there was a computer problem so we rescheduled to a later date. At the second date the cleaners arrived 1.5 hours late due to traffic issues (in Cairns). The three of them worked hard for around 6 hours then texted me (at midnight) to let me know the job was done. When I saw it in the light the next day there were still skirting boards unclean

Thank you mission impossible cleaners in Cairns!! Pamela is very experienced in the cleaning business including window cleaning. Pamela and her team is a friendly and professional. I had a experience with a another some companies where they were not answering the phone and not a great finish on the window clean. But it was not happened with Pamela. She was selective in the cleaning products and got quality results. I would highly recommend her team to my friends and family.
