Left a couple spots uncleaned and the carpet clean wasn't done professionally. When I tried to get him to honour the bond clean by going back he started making excuses saying he can't contact the property manager and she wasn't trying to contact him either, when I offered to hand the phone to her as I was at an inspection with her he told me he didn't want to speak with her.
Now I have to go clean the place myself and pay $121 to get a new carpet cleaner out. (When I was calling around for quotes and mentioned that he'd dodgy'd the job they told me you get what you pay for).

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
He promised he would be able to clean the grout, but it didn’t look any different. Blamed it on different grout used. Which wasn’t the case. Hard to get back, I just wanted my money back as it cost a lot and he wasn’t here for long. No reply. I don’t usually do reviews, but I feel like everyone should be aware before getting him.

Waiting to hear back about fixing his issues.
Waiting to be contacted back by him, reporting to the ACCC as of today after reading these comments. I want a refund for work not completed.
He was asked to “clean our floors, carpets, tiles and blinds.
We didn’t vacuum thinking he would “clean” them. He steamed over the top of dirt and dust leaving balls of dust and grime in every room?
The floors were left filthy, and easy to remove marks left in place.
We wore socks to prevent us ruining the work he did while collecting some final things, as you can see, socks are FILTHY.

He and his team came to clean the house we were living in whilst ours was repaired after the floods. They hardly cleaned anything. When I walked into the house to hand it over it looked like it had hardly been touched! They also caused damage. They somehow broke the rangehood so it was hanging down and used something so harsh on the stove top it corroded all of the elements, took all the the degree prints off the stove top and the ignition sparks no longer worked. I called and he said he was going to his mothers funeral in Cairns on the Monday. My husband called

Very disappointed. Showed up on time seemed excellent discussed with him about leaving him to lock up the house so I could take the keys back to my realestate and start my drive down to Brisbane and he would lock the house and leave through the garage. He used my laundry sink to clean my oven racks and the chemicals destroyed the sink. When the realestate inspected the house they gave me a list of things that required more attention and informed me the back sliding doors where left wide open and the front door was unlocked. After calling him got no answer about him returning to Finnish the house

Not impressed at all. I left my house and returned unexpectedly, catching David Abbas snooping around my garage while his girls were working. Cleaning missed included light switches, oven, wall spots, half the shower screens, skirting boards and even the kitchen bench, most of which is falsely advertised on his website for a bond clean. We would agree on a time to return and complete the work I paid for then he wouldn't show up multiple times. Do not trust! Plenty of other cleaning services available.

Beware, this Trader is dishonest. He undertook a sealant of our showerbase in a rental property. His work failed and he refused to remedy. This man then offered to refund and never did. Don't wast your time. He lied about ordering a new treatment and would contact the tenat to treat and never did. He will ignore your emails and phone calls if you upset him. Not worth the effort. He diddled us out of $260. Do not deal with Mr Fresh and Clean Townsville. David's word and his warranty ore both worthless.

Be warned: don't book this company. I found David from Mr Fresh and Clean to be:
1. unreliable - he kept postponing my booking for several weeks in total, often without notice. He would promise to turn up, but didn't;
2. evasive - he rarely returned phone messages to let me know why he didn't show up, even though I was waiting for him and had planned my day around him;
3. a disruptor - his unreliability caused the progress on my renovation to be halted and inconvenienced other trades who were booked to come after him;

4. abusive - when I phoned

DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY! He is the worst. Upon initially calling him he sounded professional and friendly, unfortunately this doesn't last long. I booked him for the Wednesday expecting to hand the keys back to the real estate on Thursday, luckily they weren't due until the next Monday. After he had completed the bond clean, I expected to hear from him to let me know it was complete - nothing. The same day I inspected the property to check his work and found stains on the carpet that were not there prior. I tried to contact him all day the next day, and did not get a phone call back until that afternoon

The person who we were talking to in order to get a quote was really rude to my partner and then when I called not so much however ended up hanging up. If you decide to go with them, be warned don't let a female call or he will probably be abusive too. If his quality of like his interpersonal skills then steer clear.
