I had 12 of the ‘SunPower Maxeon 3 400W’ solar panels with SolarEdge Solar Inverter, making a 4.8kW system, installed by Australia Wide Solar (AW Solar) in November 2020. One month after installation I received a phone call from AW Solar telling me they have noticed an issue with my batch of solar panels and upon notifying the manufacturer SunPower they have been advised to replace my solar panels. At this stage the panels on my roof had been working flawlessly for a month. A few weeks after this phone call the panels did indeed start to show signs of performance issue. Our family have been committed long-term to reducing our carbon footprint, including the installation of solar panels around 2006. In early 2017, Australia Wide Solar performed a major upgrade from a 2kWh to 6.6kWh by making the original system compliant with current requirements, installing a further two arrays of panels, a battery and a direct smart monitoring system (Reposit), complete with a mobile app. The system has worked brilliantly from day 1, but where there have been issues such as lightning strike damage or a charging problem, their response has been swift and efficient. Had a good experience with installation. Ignacio handled the sales side and was knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to take into account my needs, and Ellena was helpful with metering questions and the accounts.
I was pleased they were able to be flexible with the installation, e.g. whether I'd need last–minute adjustment of panels due to shading, etc.
The electrical contractors (Timothy Electrical) were efficient and professional, were minimally disruptive, and tried really hard to meet my needs. They were also able to make adjustments to a vent pipe to fix a shading issue which probably wasn’t

We were having problems with an Inverter over 4 years old. The Team at Australia Wide Solar responded quickly, ascertained the problem, liaised with the manufacturer and replaced the faulty part with a minimum of fuss. They are extremely pleasant to deal with, very professional and know Solar back to front. Would highly recommend them

Excellent services and best products. Australia Wide Solar is best Solar company. They installed our solar system with batteries from 2013. Always there to make new update or fix any problems in no time to get best results for us. After 1 year installed with consistency of regular checked up, they suggested us to install more batteries which was great idea. We can check our solar from our computer daily. We got maximum use of our roof.

We used Australia Wide Solar to install a new PV system and two Tesla Powerwalls for us earlier this year and the team were absolutely amazing to deal with.
Stewart was so helpful and patient on our first phone call, spending over an hour educating me on the basics of solar. He's very passionate about the subject and was happy to spend the time to get me up to speed without any guarantee of winning my business.
Our installation was quite tricky with a long and complex cable run but the team completed this quickly and professionally.
Post-installation customer service has been excellent too.
