But salesman Steven turned ghost after deposit payment was done
4 times appointment canceled and fifth time the installer showed up with wrong layout .
Skylight Energy manager unprofessionally argued with me and refused to either rectify his mistake or at least refund my deposit
I wasted my three months and three working days and my Deposit money

Just installed a LG Battery System with Skylight, I admit I was a bit skeptical at first as the solar space if full of scammers and resellers who don’t deliver.
My experience with Skylight was a pleasant surprise, not pressure to sign up today, they were confident from the start that the deal was that good.
Once I paid my deposit, I was contacted the next day to confirm things and a proposed date scheduled, this was over the Xmas period so I was a little relaxed about it, the first date was cancelled - so my antenna was vibrating, but a few days later, they had arranged a new date and that

Buyer beware - shoddy workmanship, broke my a/c duct, causing massive water leaks in garage and damaging the ceiling, damaged the sarking. They say all the right things to get you to sign, but in truth all i can present is what happened in my honest experience - headaches of trying to get these matters resolved, there's no accountability on their part - they'll try and palm it off and blame it on their sub contractor electrician. It's a good thing I have only paid the deposit. I referred Skylight to 2 other household, so you would like to believe they'd take extra care to support my install properly

Extremely satisfied with both the product and workmanship supplied by Skylight Energy.
Since installation in late 2018 there has been no technical issues with the product. We installed a 6.6 kwt system. We have not paid an electricity bill since instal and are presently in credit with our electricity supplier.
Couldnt be happier.
Would recommend this company if you are considering getting solar

I want to highly recommend Skylight Energy. From the first phone call explaining the product to the communication with office staff was excellent. The workmen that came and installed my solar panels worked so hard all day due to my unusual shaped roof. They were so respectful and polite. They were here exactly on time and didn’t leave until dark. Yesterday my battery was installed and the workmen once again spent the whole day installing due to the placement of where the battery needed to go. These men were also very respectful and polite. All workmen clean up after themselves and remove any

Fantastic service from quote to installation, both the salesperson and the admin staff were friendly and happy to help. There was a manufacturer issue with my inverter which was picked up while installing, a warranty claim was submitted straight away and the replacement inverter installed within the next week.

Skylight Energy Solar??? I wouldn't go near them again. My experience.....
I signed up just before Christmas, a 6.6 kw system, and was provided with a roof plan showing 22 X 300 watt panels, then nothing heard until I contacted them mid January. They'd been on Christmas break, apparently, 'phones ringing out, and no recorded messages.
I put a review online, thinking they'd folded their tents and done a runner, and I wanted to warn others.
I was contacted within minutes and asked if I'd remove the review, and they promised
