If I was allowed to Click 0 Stars I would have. Well first WHAT EVER YOU DO DON'T BOOK THIS BAD BAD BUSINESS.
We have met with them 3 times and booked it to do our windows and doors. The builder booked the concrete the following week to start with the slab. We called Austral Windows and left many massages, not one call back. Then we called to go there and meet with them to let them know in one week the builder starts and the mother looked and act funny and then she told us that the price is very bellow what they should have charged, we said but we met many times and you give us the price, and

Hi
I am not satisfied with windows and doors supplied from Austral Aluminium Products for some building work that I had done. Delivery of products was weeks late and when supplied and fitted I found that the door and windows did slide smoothly. There is a metal grating sound when the opening closing with the door being particularly heavy to slide. Also could not remove windows for cleaning.
Had the manufacturer on site and he filed down the windows but could not improve the opening and closing actions . He stated that is the way they are made and there is nothing he could do. As the products
