I am sharing this as i do not people encountering the same experience. We saw a job done couple years ago at a friends house and made decision to go with them. Orded few windows, they started the jobs 7months later and requested payment up to 100% upfront (we gave them the whole amount except $2000). Iinstalled a different product compared to the… one they advertise, very bad manufacturing, leave the jobs unfinished when problems started appearing from the poor installers they used. They said that they would have completed the job if we gave them the outstanding $2000 out of 11000 already

Excellent service and very good communication from start to finish! As a business owner myself - I really appreciate other business's that take that extra step to satisfy their customers :) Not only that, the windows look amazing and the thermal insulation on these bad boys make's normal windows feel like something from the local $2 shop. Wow. What a positive experience it was working with Ash and his team @ PVC Windows. Super professional, timely, quick in quoting, great value and a great product. Mus and his team were the best tradies we had on site to date. Such attention to detail, polite and they even cleaned up. Amazing. Oh and the windows look fantastic. After trying unsuccessfully to deal with two other firms, I settled on PVC Windows because they returned my phone calls and sent someone straight out to give me a quote. They responded promptly to my emails and were frank in their assessment of costs and risks. The construction process was done professionally and to a high standard and at all times the company was attentive to meeting our needs. Locally made too. Highly recommend.

Excellent service, local manufacturer, very quick delivery. I have 7 windows made by them, very happy. and excellent value, much better than the UK imports. I have quotes from other ECO windows people before, which are much more expensive and long delivery.
Yas is the expert and help me a lot in all the technical details. He is a very decent gentleman and always keep his promises. Highly recommend!

Ash & Yas responded promptly to our enquiry with a fair and competitive quote for the product and installation. They showed us all the available options in the showroom and explained the features to allow us to choose the right product to best meet our needs. Ash and his team were hardworking, professional, reliable, and completed the job… quickly and to a very high standard. They encountered some unexpected issues which involved additional work and materials but with Ash’s building experience and a great team of trades they quickly came up with a solution to resolve the problem

We searched for a while before choosing a supplier and installer for our planned extensions. If we had come across Ash, Yas and team first, we would have saved ourselves hours of time. Ash and the team at PVC Windows have done a great job at transforming my old colonial bar windows to modern looking high quality double glazed UPVC windows and stacker doors.
