Although they where too busy to take on the project, Sorin was upfront with me that he didn't want to promise anything they couldn't deliver. He was also willing to give me advice on the best product selection for our apartment and some pitfalls to watch out for along the course of me procuring quotes. We had a few chats over the that time, itwas awesome to have an expert opinion from someone who didn't have a horse in the race.

I needed windows to be specially designed and knew we were in good hands from the start. The process was seamless from beginning to end, everything transparent and consistent, even though working through COVID lock-downs and restrictions. Professional, reliable, knowledgeable, honest, easy to deal with. Our project was delivered in 3 stages over nearly 2 years and was as simple as it gets. Sorin and Windows for Life staff accommodated to everything we wanted and needed including last minute size changes without any fuss or dramas. Covid19 delays were clearly communicated and everyone complied with regulations and restrictions. Installers went above and beyond to ensure the end product lived up to our expectations. Very happy with the service from Sorin and his team. They were very patient as we designed the windows for our home in the ACT, and responded to every email and phone call promptly. Luke from New World Windows did an amazing job installing the windows. Very happy with the finished product, which has made our house much more comfortable all year round and reduced heating costs considerably. After-sales service has also been fantastic. I just had some large window areas replaced, one with French doors and the other a high set of fixed windows. The job was difficult, but the guys were fantastic! My experience with Windows for Life was excellent from the start to finish. Marius helped a lot to decide how to structure the framework and provided a quick quote. The installation team were so professional and efficient. I'll be getting more windows done soon!

I recently had my 1960’s house refitted with double glazing from Windows for Life. From my very first phone call the service has been super.
Sorin was so helpful and willing to work with me, to answer my many, many questions and changes to which windows I wanted done, design etc.
My main purpose of putting the windows in was to increase the warmth of my older house. It certainly has done that. The heater now clicks in for very short periods of time and the house is so comfortable.
