Warning warning worst plumbing group in Perth. I was told it would take one day to finish my shop it took them 10 days. They drilled a hole in the wrong spot in my brand new $2000 sink and was told it was my fault. Would tell me they would be there at a certain time never arrived. Quoted me a price but changed the price one the job was done would give us are compliance until we paid. Biggest scam artist avoid at all cost.

Cannot speak more highly of this business and the professional tradesmen who attend to jobs. We have recently needed a plumber at our home, on 2 separate days for different jobs, and also at our business for our boat. The first was a drilled pipe which caused flooding inside our home. The lovely lady advised at the time of the call she should be able to have someone to attend that morning and would let me know if this wasn't going to be possible. I was busy mopping up, and missed that call back, bit it was only to say that she had someone on the way - he was there within half an hour. Job assessed

Given Friday morning as when they would arrive so made plans for mid afternoon. Rang them at lunch time to find out what was going on to be told 2-4pm now. Rang at 4pm to be told plumbers on there way now. 5pm plumbers ring to say it is too late now and would it be ok if they come Monday. Now have to reschedule plans yet again to fit around them. Very poor communication from them. Very unhappy and dissatisfied :(
