I was impressed when Brad came within 4 hours on New Years Eve, a busy time, when I thought I had a leak behind tiles in my ensuite. He located a leaking pipe outside and it was quickly repaired. Saving time, water wastage and alleviating my stress. I highly recommend Element Plumbing and Gas and will certainly use them again.

Brad upgraded blown out gas tank hot water system to instant rinnai gas hot water system.
On time and good communication with text confirming times.
Thorough, good quality work and even cleaned up after, despite job going late. This was due to late start time, to fit me in at late notice. Will use again.

Decommissioning of Septic tanks and diverting pipes to deep sewer. Brad was easy to work with, efficient on the job site, explained what he was doing and left the yard in a great state considering he had to dig it up :) would definitely recommend for any septic tank decommissioning work.

Brad from Element Plumbing & Gas came and fixed my toilet at very short notice. The inlet valve had corroded and split. This issue was preventing the toilet from flushing. Brad arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue, went and bought the inlet valve, installed it and cleaned up after himself. Fantastic customer service. 5/5 for Brad at Element Plumbing & Gas.
