Came home to a drain blockage in our shower / bathtub with flooding of our bathroom at 6:30pm. Called On-Tap for an after hours plumber, and they said they would be at our site within 2 hours. Plumber called back within 30 min. Arrived 30 min later as promised. Got straight to work, worked out where all the waste pipes went, identified the source of the blockage, explained everything well. Unblocked the pipe, tested all outflows, resealed the access connection, tested again and cleaned up - all within 1 hour. Tim and his colleague were very polite, professional and efficient. Could not have asked

Have an issue with a mould smell coming from the kitchen area. After a quick chat with Sam he was happy to come and take a look. Although he was unable to locate the source of the odour, he was able to recommend someone who has a mould "sniffer".
Sam has a great attitude and is reasonable on price. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ontap Plumbing and gas to anyone.
