High praise for this company and especially their technician, Jesse who serviced our broken heater. He came the same day we requested service and spent two hours diagnosing and working on our unit. He explained what he was doing and why the unit stopped working. We agreed to the parts and final estimate to fix it. He also suggested a service agreement that sounded like a fantastic savings for coming back in the spring to service the AC and drain our water heater and return next year to service the heater again. I called about 4-5 other well-known heater companies and they could not come out for

My furnace stopped working in early January. After 2 weeks of using space heaters, I called All Hours Air. Mike came out to work on my system and I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. He didn't mind my curiosity and talked me through the checks he was doing. Mike identified that the furnace was functional and traced the problem back to the thermostat. I was walked through the options and costs in advance and even given advice on how I could save some money by purchasing and installing new thermostat myself. His trustworthy and open personality made me feel like I was in good hands

I called this company when we discovered our furnace went out over the night. They showed up that morning and we able to install a new furnace the next morning. The original service tech (sorry, I don’t remember his name) was very friendly and could sympathize that we were going to be without heat and therefore freezing. He left us a space heater to help and got his install guys out first thing the next morning. Hopefully I won’t need to use them again for awhile (no offense), but will absolutely call them if needed and will refer people to them.

Awesome outfit, they were able to come out the day after calling where most other places said it would take them up to a week. They were very meticulous with the inspection and helped figure out the cause of problems. Nick was very honest and informative over the whole ordeal, letting me know what was still under warranty and what routes to take. They will definitely be my first call when anything else comes up.

The service tech that responded to our call was on time, professional, clean and knowledgeable. I appreciate that he did not actively sell us anything like a used car salesman. Instead he gave straight forward solutions to our system problems and was very clear to the price associated with each option. There was no extra nickel and dime tactics. I can confidently say I will continue to use All Hours Air in the future. As an added bonus the tech was very familiar with oil furnaces which we have, and not all HVAC companies offer this service.

With a new heater, my house is almost too warm. The crew came and installed both systems in about seven hours. When I had a question about setting the thermostat, they delayed their leaving and set it for me, which I appreciated. Although my old systems were working fine, I wanted a more efficient heater and a tankless water heating to save utility cost and water. It increases the value of my house, should I wish to sell it (but not now).

Had my annual service for the furnace. Great experience from start to finish. They told me when to expect their technician, and he called when he was en route and got there at the scheduled time. High quality, professional work. Jesse showed me everything he did, and talked me through the different options for future work as well as the rates offered through their membership club. Didn’t pressure me into anything and was very courteous and respectful. Would recommend All Hours Air without question.
