Critical: Quality, Responsiveness
After shelling out 11500 for a ducted A/C unit I ended up with a very expensive fan that now does not work at all and only after 4 years. It has been one failure after another and now there is no support and or warranty. Avoid this supplier!!

I invested in getting 2 rooms air conditioned ready for Winter. I am so glad that I did. I feel the cold and have a few health conditions so the cold really effects me. They say that this Winter is going to be quite cold.
Since installing the bedroom and living room split systems, I have had the pleasure of using the ICE Solair systems a few times already and I really like them. They are easy to use and really warm the place up fast.
I found everyone I spoke with at ICE Solair to be really helpful and knowledgeable. They were a real pleasure to work with and installers were in and out real fast

I am loving my ICE Solair solar ducted air conditioning system.
I installed my ducted system recently and I have really enjoyed the system. It was installed in time for winter and has been a Godsend. The energy consumption has been really good and lower than I expected. A few of my friends warned me that ducted systems use a lot of power but if you want to get your whole house air conditioned it is the best option to save having the outdoor boxes everywhere on the walls for each room.

I was referred to ICE Solair by a friend of mine who had a ducted system installed by them. I found the process to be really easy and ICE Solair were really informative and helpful.
I got a split system for my open plan lounge/kitchen area and one for my Master Bedroom. The systems were installed quickly and the installers were really polite and cleaned up after themselves. I was really impressed by the ICE Solair team from start to finish.

These guys are trouble! The installer is ASI who are subbies for Ice Solair. ASI are the most combative and arrogant installers I have ever encountered. Nothing but excuses and blaming the client for Ice Solair's own lack of integrity and dodgy install. Bottom line, they prescribed a unit that was not adequate for the heat load on it. Professional tradespeople should be able to calculate the load and provide an effective design and solution - however in this case and because they are cash-grabbers, they knowingly provided $14,500 ducted system that was never going to work on any day over 28 degrees

I installed a few ICE Solair solar air conditioners and I highly recommend them. The team at ICE Solair were really easy to work with and they really know their stuff.
The installers arrived on time, did there work and cleaned up after themselves. They were in and out so efficiently.
The systems have been in for a few weeks now and have been working really good and I have been how impressed with how little power they use. I have friends that complain all the time about how much power their systems use. Not me, I am happy to use mine.

The equipment was substandard , really cant believe they are able to sell such poor equipment in Australia
The solar ac unit was over 10k and hasn't worked more than a week at a time

Ice Solair provided the system and on their recommendation, ASI did the installation. We had 3.7 years of the system never working. Ice Solair and ASI came back several times to check on the system, always with some excuse. Eventually we have had to have the entire system ripped out and a new one put in - $15,000 down the drain and no acceptance of responsibility from either company. It has been a complete nightmare.
