Had 2 splits installed, the guys did a great job from quoting to the install. Really professional install techs who were here on time and made sure everything was left neat and tidy!
Definitely will recommend to others and use again in the future.

Be careful. Got them out because my unit was not heating or cooling properly. Was told it was the motherboard so replaced it at a cost of $750. Turns out it is not the motherboard it is another problem. The original problem still exists. Will never use them again.
Just to let you know I am not confused check your invoice 2021-213. I can send you a copy if you like.

From start to finish the experience could not be faulted every thing was explained in detail on inspection and then the serviceman took you through every detail for reassurance. We went with the Mitsubishi units which you wouldn’t even know they are running they are so quiet inside and out. I was also impressed on the high standard of workmanship

The technician, Jeremy, did a thorough investigation, found the fault and effected a repair. Jeremy was friendly and professional. Excellent service all around. Highly recommend. We just had our old ducted system replaced with a big Panasonic Inverter. It was a big job getting all the old components removed, upgrading ducting and installing the new system, but they got it done within a day.
