Can't wait to get my outdoor couch but gosh what an ordeal! Order placed online & paid for in full. Delivery was NOT included to Canberra, which is NOT clear, when other metro deliveries are $149. 7 weeks later I call up to see where goods are when they arrived into warehouse 2 weeks ago and am told by Alexandria store it will be $500 to have it delivered to Canberra! Outrageous! Jose became rude and aggressive when I said this delivery cost was ridiculous! He also refused to refund goods without 50% cancellation charge as I was not happy to pay such an expensive delivery fee. I have never in my

Earlier in the year i have been given a quote , of $3239
Which i was more then happy to pay when stock arives . Due to the corona virus and other stores delays i have decided to purchase items once available . Now that the stock is about to become available the manager has refused to honour the quote and has said I told you the price will go up . 5000+
So much for customer service ..

Received exceptional service from David and Jose. Jose and David explained the different variations of the product I was interested in. Jose sent me pictures so I knew exactly how the product would look like.
