Prior to engaging Van Air to install our air-conditioning, we got quotes from two other companies. The first two companies were found according to their online reviews, while we found out about Van Air by word of mouth. Unlike the first two companies, Tuan from Van Air explained to us that we would get better results for what we wanted from a ducted system (rather than a split system). The quote was great value-for-money compared to the other companies and considering the amount of work involved.

In anticipation of summer, I made plans for the installation of 4 split units on the upper floor of my home. I got quotes from many suppliers (online & phone) and read many online reviews. It's an interesting process, some will provide me with straight forward quote, some will only do a simple back to back installation, some will push forward a different brand to what I asked for, and some will upsell trying to convince me to go with ducted system instead of split system. I wish they would just listen to my needs.

Great service by Vans Airconditioning, from my first initial call through to the professional advice and quotes given by Tuan. Complements to Tuan and his assistant kenny who did an exceptional job installing 2 aircon units. Showing prompt, professionalism and care in the work they do. They left my house in a neat and tidy state and was happy to clean the mess they created. I couldn't be be happier with the entire sale and services process, very happy with the product itself and highly reccomend Van Airconditioning.
