I would like to thank Eswa for the work he carried out on my ducted aircon system. The unit wasn't heating or cooling as there was a leak in the unit outside. All the refrigerant had escaped. It was a all day affair diagnosing, repairing and regassing the system. It was done very well, tested and the system came alive before the temp dropped in the evening! I was shown the problem and kept briefed on the next steps through out the day. Highly recommended.

Excellent communication, I organised to have several places serviced and they kept me informed through the whole process, told me when they were there, leaving and onto the next place, they also sent before and after pictures of each service which was great to see. Impressive workmanship, excellent value and great communication. ESY Kool removed the old air conditioning unit and installed the new unit that I had purchased. Eswa completed his licence and warranty information on the Mitsubishi Heavy Industries warranty card, ensured everything was woking and cleaned up before leaving. A polite professional who delivers quality at a good price. Highly recommended.

Eswa is your go to for any Aircon related issues! We initially thought a spare part just needed to be installed and it turned out that the whole unit needed replacing. After exchanging a few messages on FB on a very late Saturday night he arrived the next morning. When he advised a whole new unit needed to be installed he came back with that new… unit and installed it. He was on time and really friendly. Reasonably priced for a new unit to be installed including labour for himself and one of his workers. My family and I were extremely grateful for his services. He was really informative

My enquiry for an A/C Install ONLY, was made on Friday, upon asking for relevant licences and qualifictions, which were handed over in no time at all, less then 48 hours later my AC is installed and working perfectly! AND at one of the most competitive prices i had been quoted. :)
Esy cool arrived early to accomodate my plans for today, got in, got the job done and was completed in almost no time at all... from 2 sealed up boxes on the floor > to an on the wall and cooling (Split system).
