I have nothing but praise for the Integral Electrical Team.
Tim came and quoted a replacement (ducted) airconditioning unit and listened to my concerns and offered some great advice, giving me better understanding of the systems in general.
Dana helped walk us through the quote and organised the connection to ZipMoney to facilite an easy payment method.
The team came around and spent a solid day getting the indoor and outdoor unit connected, replaced all the ducting and outlets, added a second inlet, new controller and WiFi module - then walked me through the setup.

Integral Electrical installed a new ducted air conditioning system in our home a couple of weeks ago. Our home is approx. 100 years old and they were abloe to instal the round vents without any damage at all to the ornate ceilngs. They took their time and extra care to ensure the job was carried out in the best way possible. What impressed me the… most was the team of professional installers that came to do the job. I contacted Integral Electrical in regards to replacing our old air conditioner. Tim came out the same day gave us great advise regarding the system we had may have been too big for our residents and suggested we put in something smaller. I had a quote the next morning and a week later a brand new one installed. I can not speak highly enough… about the service, price and professionalism of this company. Zervin, George and Brandon installed our air-conditioner. They gave helpful recommendations for the position of the indoor and outdoor units, completed the job with a friendly can-do attitude and made sure we were happy with the end result. They were also quicker to source the specific Daikin model we wanted. Dana helped select the conduit colour for us, and it was a good match. Turned up on time. Installers George & Sunny did a perfect install including conduit & external work that could not have been neater; and individual new circuits for each unit. They were very nice to deal with too. Clearly good tradesmen that take pride in their work. Dana in the office who booked the job was awesome too. My two Daikin split systems have been working faultlessly for about two months now so all in all I’m really happy. I would recommend Integral without any reservations whatsoever (and I’m a bit of a perfectionist with high expectations). Five stars from me.
