We had an Evo270 heat pump hot water installed by John and Andrew.
John provided plenty of advice about the heat pump and then helped me navigate the ACTSmart Sustainable Household Scheme financial process.
The installation was complicated by my narrow and twisty driveway and no rear access to get a very large and heavy unit through the house (and remove the old gas one). John and Andrew were professional, courteous and genuine. The installation shows attention to detail. They even took their boots off inside the house.
We couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Had a blockage in a sewage line which was investigated and cleared very quickly. John provided a detailed explanation regarding the nature of the blockage and what could be done to resolve the problem. I was offered multiple solutions and quoted reasonable fees. Excellent customer service overall.

Would rate 10 starts if I could. Jouhn visited after hours on time and fixed immediate problem to get us through the night & next day. He then came back ASAP to finish the job in a timeframe that worked for all. He offered top advice and worked with me to make a budget friendly plan to fix and upgrade a nightmare plumbing situation which I had very much contributed toward. Top bloke and tradie was worth much more than he charged. Very pleased with the result & kept my marriage going in the short term! Will be sure seek his services in future!

This wonderful man after doing all he could to try and fix the problem was so kind as not to even charge me in the end.
