We had a 10 years old tap which came off and asked sam's to replace it less than a year ago. We were quoted $600 and was given recommendation to fix the hot water $400 even though we had no issue. Due to our limited knowledge we took up the recommendation and on the invoice we were given a voucher for $0 call out fee for future booking
Its been less than a year and the new tap is about to come off again. I called up Sam again to have it repaired and was told to pay an upfront fee to have it reassess and it will be up to the technician to decide whether its under warranty. I have spoken on the

We had a long standing solar water heater issue. Since summer started we waited for two weeks to check if it is working. We contacted Sams Plumbing and they were able to sort us the issue ASAP. I am impressed with their methodical, professional and very efficient manner to hind the root cause of the issue.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Sams Plumbing arranging a new hot water system. Their team was upfront with the price which we found affordable and accepted their quote. I was happy with their service as they were prompt in ordering and installing hot water system.

Very disappointed. Called to book an appointment for someone to come and connect a new washer, happy with whenever was the earliest time available. I was told I would get a call back from the service team.
Received a call back was booked in for 9-11am the following day (Saturday).
11am Saturday comes around and still no show or call to advise they are running late.
After 12pm I call and enquire if there was an updated ETA. Was told I would get a call straight back once they spoke to a plumber.
2pm and I call again, speak to a plumber this time and am told they don't do non-emergency calls on

I called Sam plumbing for an outside tap I broke while replacing the washer. They subcontract out to other plumbers. I was sent a quote to accept before the work was completed. The plumber got here quickly and was really good. He fixed the job in 15 minutes but the price was $619 (this did not include and replacment hardware as he just put the old tap back on). The quality and everything was great but that price was just rediculous...I could have bought a gold plated replacment tap for that. I suggest going to the plumbers who they subcontract to directly if you want value...

Whilst I was a patient in hospital, a relative visiting my home noticed a large pool of water outside the bathroom. We contacted Sam’s Local Plumbing, who sent out a member of their team to inspect the property. They advised that the problem could be extremely serious, but could not possibly be diagnosed without conducting over $2600 worth of tests and scans. Believing we had no choice, my relative agreed. The “report” which arrived several days later – after much prodding from my relative – was a few scrappy paragraphs that neither told us what the problem was, nor suggested a solution

Got a mixer tap replaced for 770. Knew price was steep (same situation as another reviewer 2 years ago who complained bitterly about overcharging) but 1) was the only plumber who could come fix on the day 2) was the only plumber who picked my call. All other calls went to voicemails but to be fair, were responded to.....eventually 3) did give me the option to turn off the isolation tap so I did not have to go without water elsewhere in my house if I decided not to go with their quote to fix mixer tap 4) told me I did not need other repair work when I asked 5) called another reputable plumber in
