Outstanding customer service from Lachlan! He is a superstar and by far the best person we have ever dealt with in buying anything. Other builders were so quick to dismiss our efforts and only seemed like they just wanted a quick sell, but Lachlan has always been so patient and has taken on board everything we've asked. My wife and I had the pleasure working with sales consultant Jane Cheong, we cannot believe how incredibly patient she has been with us throughout this whole process. Jane has been amazing, a super star in Dulger group with her exceptional customer-focused, knowledgeable and patience. She always available to answer all the questions we had which were so many, be it communicating with us on her days off, thoroughly checking through paperwork to make sure we have the best outcome.

It was such a pleasure to meet Jane Cheong from Dulger Homes. We are at the very initial stage of building our house but we enjoyed going through the initial process as even when we were stressed, Jane was incredibly patient and reassuring every time.

It has been fantastic, fabulous and easy to deal with Jane and her director. Jane is super fantastic. She is very attention to detail and she will be with you all the way from start. She even recommends some colour selections choices. She will respond to all questions. She helps us with our custom design. In fact she caters for everything. She goes above and beyond. This is my 3rd build and the first time I get to speak face to face with the director of the company. He even tries to save us cost. I strongly recommend this builder. I have no regret rejecting other builders and go with Dulger.

We are currently building 9 houses with Dulger homes. They have been absolutely amazing to deal with. Everything is extremely well managed and so the build is going so smoothly. They have been professional the whole way. The build quality is fantastic and they have been honest and reliable the whole time. No tension, no stress and no surprises. Couldn't be happier.

Recently, we have just signed the building contract with Dulger Homes. We are doing demolition and build.
So far , our experience with Dulger Homes is awesome especially Jane. She is very quick in response, friendly and nothing is too difficult for her. She also gives us valuable opinions and suggestions. The most important thing is we able to build the house within our budget with the floor plan that we really love.
