My First Home building experience with Clarendon was very worst and terrible experience in life.
Only experienced people with Clarendon can say the truth!
• They were very sweet up to the signing our home build contract stage.
• Once we sign up the contract and paid initial deposit, Clarendon started showing up their real behaviour. Mostly not getting enough quality with what we pay.
• A bunch of attitude guys sitting in Baulkham Hills head office with computer/laptop who are totally un professional and just sitting there to squeeze as much hard earned money from customers.

Clarendon are building our dream home, we have just gone to site, we loved the colour studio experience, staff were very informed and helpful which made it easy for us to make decisions. They were quick to come back to us with any questions, We made some changes to the plan and as soon as they knew it was important to us, they made extra effort to get it all just right, we cannot wait to see our Boston 36 in real life.

From Initial Design to Handover, Clarendon Homes were fantastic. The Sales Consultant was patient and gave some great advice for floor amendments. Our Council submission was not straight forward but Clarendon navigated through this process smoothly and were always communicating with my wife and I. The consultants in the Lifestyle Studio made what would seem to be a daunting part of the process, easy and simple. Finally the construction team were unbelievable. My 40sq single storey home was completed in such quick time my bank wasn't ready to make the payments. The quality and finishes to the home

Super happy with our whole experience with Clarendon Homes. Great communication and service right through. Quality is excellent, value for money.
Our site supervisor was great at the start but he had to leave so we weren't sure if this would be a problem. However there was nothing to worry about - Clarendon appointed a new supervisor who took over smoothly and has completed the whole house with no stress. He is perhaps even more awesome than the first guy. Called me every week or so to update on progress, and any questions or issues were sorted out quick smart.

What a journey it has been so far - We had been to multiple builders and we did not feel comfortable with the "salesman tactics" that some presented out there..
We chose to build with Clarendon because we had heard from multiple people that if you want a quality build go with this company. They have not disappointed us so far.

Go into this looking to build your dream family home only to have to give up and sacrifice things that we can not do after the build. Our experience with the sales consultant was Fantastic, It has now become clear though why the detail was always hard to get a straight answer about. ensure you get a price list of all the upgrade options (aircon, floors, Stairs, electrical, kitchen, insulation, cat6 cabling smart home etc) we got quotes from contractors than added 25% (allow for Clarendon markup) than allowed 10% buffer, once going through color selection the cost were over double what we have allowed

The house they built is different from the blueprint and has problems with the venting system. I cannot believe Clarendon Homes as a professional builder they could possibly make such careless mistakes. So I called the customer support to find out why. Most time, they don't answer the call. Even for a few times they did, I end up with explaining the problem multiple times to different people and none of them called back as they promised. I have run out of patient for their nonsense, seems they just keep dragging and have no intention to solve it. For whoever considering building homes with Clarendon

To say you have left my family and myself devastated is an under statement.
My husband and 3 young children were so excited about finally owning our own home and even more excited that my husband for years would say “ When we build, Clarendon is going to build our home”.
That dream was ripped out from under our feet because your incapable staff made a $146,300 “human error”. Which I don’t believe is the truth.
The price of the house and land we chose was advertised and confirmed via email after “double checking” the price was correct.
Almost 6weeks later

We build our home through Clarendon homes. They gave us possession before some pending work and promise us to finish before we move in the new home. They did not fix any work after 3 months. A supervisor resign from his job, no one was taking any responsibilities until we have given bad feedback to customer care of Clarendon. After that feedback, one of the supervisors came to finish all pending work which has to be done before handover. He was so rude and saying I am not your supervisor, I am here to get things done. But when we are trying to explain what need to be fix, he didn’t want to listen
