Never build with singh homes, promise one thing, do another , never deliver as expected. They will trap you first by promising great things and then change their information.

Singh Homes worked with us on a custom construction. They helped to deliver our vision of our dream home. The project went smooth barring the lockdown hiccups. There were no compromises to the quality and attention to details. Any issues highlighted were addressed. Sometimes things did get lost in translation so best to document every thing you need especially the small stuff. It helps maintain transparency and miscommunication later as things move between their teams.

Our Journey started with Singh Homes started from Epping office where we met Mr. Tany Sharma, who advised us best suited plan according to our need and budget with lot of upgrades which we could not find with other builders in the market. In record 5 months and 1 day we got handover of our dream house. Even in lockdown their admin office and supervisor had a great communication. 3 months inspection done on time and they fixed the minor issues on time. Prior to choosing Singh homes, we walked through countless volume builders. After seeing Singh homes, it was clear that the quality and attention to detail was next level and their team assisted us with our custom plan.

It’s been nearly 3 months we got the handover of our new house by Singh Homes. Our journey with Singh Homes had been absolutely remarkable. Being a custom builder, they give you the freedom to follow and choose your own floor plan and other requirements of personal choice. We built with Singh Homes this year. (Custom design) I could not find many reviews for them on this site so I decided to write my own to hopefully help other people in the same position. We know lots of people who have built with the larger companies and were a little bit sceptical listening to some of their bad experiences. We loved the service, quality and construction time we got from Singh Homes. Our sales person looked after us from start to finish. We had direct contact with our site supervisor and any concerns were answered for us promptly and effectively. Building time took only 3.5 months
