We own a realestate business and hired Acer to repair an air conditioning units at two rental properties.
After the technician turned up it became apparent that he did not know what was wrong with the machine at house one and we asked him to stop and he insisted that he knew what was wrong with it so he continued working even after we asked him… to stop. He began work at 12pm and my husband asked him again to leave and he finally left at 2pm yet we have been invoiced for 3.5 hours worth of work on this house when only two hours of work was 'completed'. This was confirmed with the time stamps

Acer Services recently decommissioned our 9yr old SRK71ZEA-S Mitsubishi Heavy Industries air conditioner, it only got a short 4-6wk rest between seasons each year and still worked well but was getting a little noisy. They installed my SRK63ZRA-W with the WIFI adapter, all I can say is the 6.3KW system is excellent, WIFI operation cool cool, we’re… still very cool and comfy and the system works a treat even today with 38’c on our patio. When Acer Services installed the new system we changed the location of the outdoor from on the patio with old system to the back of the home facing
