They don’t know anything about Aircon and they take money for doing nothing and pushing you to replace your old system. I called them when my daikan ducted system wasn’t working guy came he didn’t even try to find the problem talking on phone and after one hour said he will talk to daikan technical service and come back next day and then he came next day and said my ducted system’s indoor fans need to replaced just telling this thing they charged me $249 and gave quote for changing fans $2390. Then i called another company called KSN and their technician Karam came and had look in system

Very happy with the service provided. Martin was fantastic with the initial quote and information, the lady in the office that booked the installation was lovely, and Tim and his offsider (didn’t get his name) were awesome doing the install. Tim was so professional and helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Echo Air.

Martin completed the initial visit and I was impressed from his diligence and thoroughness.

What a great team Echo Air Conditioning are ! I spoke to Martin and he came out to quote us the next day, he was very thorough and suggested options to replace or upgrade our air con. His prompt communication was appreciated and within days we had our installation date booked. Ryan, Luke and a few other guys turned up on time and were a pleasure to have working in our home. They were polite, hard working and cleaned up after themselves, it was like they were never even in our home. Thanks guys !!!

Just had Echo Air put in complex ducted system in to our house. Big job as it required 3 separate ducted daikin systems ... one of them underfloor and the removal of two existing old split systems. Echo did an excellent job from the beginning to the end. Martin from echo was the only “quoter” from the companies we contacted who bothered to get under the house to properly assess the site during the initial quoting stage. This meant the right advice was given and the right decisions made . All appointments were kept. Text messages returned. Accounts payments confirmed. Team of 5 took three days

From the first meeting to discuss the quote to the end of installation, we could not fault Echo. Such great friendly and efficient workmen. Had our gas heating removed and ducted put in which they did with ease. Local company couldn’t do this job till after summer and was quite a bit more expensive. Will definitely recommend to anyone else needing things done.

Martin was amazing. He was the only person who truly respected our home and keeping the heritage charm (rather than sticking the unit anywhere). Martin cane twice to see how he could make it work. He was kind, responsive and gave me complete confidence that Echo could make it work.
The men that installed the unit were punctual and efficient. They installed around kids and people with no issue.
I was incredible impressed and would highly recommend Echo. I got 6 quotes (because no one could seem to do the job!) and Echo were the best by far!

Had to get our ducted air system replaced recently. The professionals at Echo made it all very easy and painless. We were given a very comprehensive run through of what options best suited and, more importantly whether they would physically fit. Martin was very thorough and communicated in a timely manner throughout the whole process, including follow ups post install. The 3 installation techs were polite and professional and laid down dust sheets on all surfaces anywhere near the work. Left the place clean and tidy. Very happy with the new system, quieter and I'm sure more energy efficient. Thanks

Echo Air Conditioning are a great company to deal with. The quoting and installation were both very efficient. I’ve purchased two Fujitsu units, most recently for an upstairs room. The location to me seemed difficult, but presented no problem to the installation guys, who also cleaned up very well. I was quoted on Wednesday and installation completed the following Monday. Very pleased to have air conditioner in time for Summer. I couldn’t be happier!
